Blake's expertise and experience makes him one of the top young consultants in the areas of recording, producing, writing, arranging, directing, and concert performance.

Songwriter and Arranger
As a songwriter and arranger, Blake has penned many songs - both instrumental and commercial. He wrote multiple songs for the songwriting program at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Blake has completed show choir and jazz band arrangements for Johnston Middle School and Johnston High School, as well as writing custom arrangements for Johnston Evangelical Free Church and Lutheran Church of Hope.
Performer
As a performer, Blake has been with groups from many different backgrounds. He played a major role in the Johnston Show Choir Bands throughout his time at Johnston High School. He also has played with Johnston Jazz Syndicate, when the group won the state championship and had the opportunity to perform throughout the state of Iowa and across the Midwest. Blake has done extensive work accompanying musicals at the Des Moines Playhouse and Civic Center.
Recording and Producing
Blake's production abilities have been used in a variety of different ways. He not only produces all of his own music, but also plays each instrument on his recordings. Blake has produced and written tracks for films and large productions.
Current Work
Blake is from Johnston, Iowa, and has his Associates of Arts degree from Des Moines Area Community College. He is a full-time student at the University of Northern Iowa studying music technology and design. He was recently the director of Show Bands at Johnston Middle School, accompanist for Sound Advice Show Choir, and jazz band clinician at Summit Middle School. Blake continues to compose, arrange, and record for any type of project.
